1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol, create an account, join a wine club, or place an order through our website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including at delivery.

2. Alcohol Sales & Shipping

Licensing

Bluebird Hill Cellars is licensed by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC). All sales comply with applicable Oregon state law and the laws of any destination state.

Shipping restrictions

• We ship wine only to states where we hold valid shipping permits. Availability may vary; check at checkout for current shipping destinations.
• An adult signature (21+) is required at delivery. Carriers will not leave alcohol shipments unattended. Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur return shipping charges.
• We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

Oregon direct‑to‑consumer sales

For deliveries within Oregon, applicable sales taxes and any deposit/recycling fees are calculated at checkout in accordance with Oregon Department of Revenue requirements.

3. Wine Club Membership

• Wine club memberships are ongoing until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your card on file for each scheduled club shipment.
• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at least 14 days before the next scheduled processing date. Shipments that have already been processed or shipped are non‑cancellable.
• Club discounts and benefits apply only to active members and are non‑transferable.
• We reserve the right to modify club benefits, pricing, and shipment schedules with reasonable advance notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. If an error is discovered, we will contact you before fulfilling the order at the incorrect price.
• Payment is processed at the time of purchase via secure third‑party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

5. Returns & Refunds

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos. We will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
• Due to the nature of alcohol products and Oregon law, we generally cannot accept returns of wine that has been opened or that was damaged due to recipient negligence (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures after delivery).
• Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Reservations & Tastings

• Tasting room reservations are subject to availability and may require a credit card to hold.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time, or no‑shows, may be charged a cancellation fee as noted at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or does not meet the legal drinking age, in accordance with OLCC regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, label designs, and graphics — is the property of Bluebird Hill Cellars LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. User Content

If you submit content to us (reviews, comments, photos), you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
