Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Any images you upload and personal information you provide are used solely for generating your custom wine label. We do not share, sell, or use your data for any other purposes.

Terms of Use

By using this service, you agree that generated labels are for personal use or business gifting (corporate, event, and closing gifts arranged through our business flow). You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. Resale or by-the-glass service of labeled bottles requires our private-label program agreement — contact us to set one up. Bluebird Hill Cellars reserves the right to refuse any label design that violates our content guidelines.

Content Guidelines

Labels must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to reject designs that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results.

Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties. Bluebird Hill Cellars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Final label appearance may vary slightly from digital preview.
