About The Event
Neil will be out in the vineyard on Sunday, March 1st at 2:00 pm to lead a short description of the annual pruning process for grapevines, and then demonstrate, and allow participants the opportunity to complete the first three steps of the pruning process:
1. Decision making on which canes to leave intact for 2026;
2. Pull out all unnecessary canes from the trellis wires; and
3. Tie down the two main canes to the bottom wire, securing the canes for the 2026 season’s growth. We anticipate being out in the vineyard for one hour, weather permitting.
Following the pruning, everyone will retreat to the tasting room area (still under renovation, more news about this later!), and we’ll have tastes of our latest releases, the 2025 Pinot Gris and Rose, and our newest Pinot/Cherry Port-style dessert wine.
FREE for wine club members and their guests and $10 charge for all others. RSVPs REQUIRED! RSVP via the button below.
