We’re excited to host a holiday wine-pairing dinner at the Corvallis Club on Thursday, December 18, 2025. This cozy evening in the Fine Dining Room will be led by Neil and Sue, along with Chef Iain, who will guide guests through each course, share stories behind the wines, and highlight the care and craftsmanship that go into every bottle and every dish.
The dinner takes place right in the heart of the holiday season, a wonderful time to gather with friends, celebrate the year, and enjoy a relaxing night of great food and wine before the rush of Christmas and New Year’s. Guests will begin with a seasonal appetizer during the reception before settling in for a multi-course plated dinner, thoughtfully paced and beautifully presented.
Each course will be paired with a curated selection of Bluebird Hill wines—Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Duology, and our Red Blend. Inspired by last year’s favorites, this year’s menu leans into comforting holiday flavors crafted by Chef Iain: warm spices, rich seasonal ingredients, and pairings designed to make each dish shine.
Whether you’re celebrating the season, treating someone special, or simply hoping to enjoy an evening of good wine and good company, this will be a memorable night at the Corvallis Club.
